At Hayal Vila Etna, we are committed to handling cancellation and refund requests transparently and fairly. Our refund policy is designed to clearly outline the conditions under which a guest may cancel a reservation and request a refund.
Cancellation and Refund Conditions:
Standard Cancellation: Full refund is provided for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date.
Late Cancellation: For cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date, the cost of the first night will be charged; the remaining amount will be refunded.
No-Show: In cases where the guest does not check in on the reservation date, no refund will be issued.
Early Departure: In the event of an early check-out, no refund will be given for unused nights.
Non-Refundable & Promotional Bookings: Bookings marked as “non-refundable” or promotional are not eligible for cancellation or refund under any circumstances.
Refund Processing Time:
Once a cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days using the same payment method used at the time of booking. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.
