All deliveries, including meals, personal items, or special requests, are made directly to your room or designated room entrance.
External deliveries (e.g., from local restaurants or courier services) must be coordinated in advance with our front desk. We kindly ask that you inform us prior to ordering to facilitate access and avoid delays.
For your security, external delivery personnel are not permitted to enter guest room areas.
Deliveries involving large items, bulky equipment, or potentially disruptive materials (e.g., musical instruments, event gear, etc.) require prior approval from hotel management.
No commercial deliveries or third-party rental equipment may be received without written consent.
Food or beverage items requiring refrigeration or special handling may not be stored by hotel staff unless otherwise arranged.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We ask that any deliveries or services be scheduled outside these hours unless previously authorized.
Alcoholic beverages may only be delivered in accordance with local laws and regulations. Proof of age may be required upon receipt.
For safety and hygiene reasons, perishable food deliveries are accepted at your own risk.
