At Hayal Vila Etna, transparency and compliance with local regulations are fundamental to our guest experience. Below you will find detailed information regarding pricing, order terms, and VAT (Value Added Tax) declarations applicable to your stay and any additional services.
Pricing
All listed prices are in Serbian dinars (RSD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Prices are quoted per room, per night, and vary based on the season, occupancy, and any selected additional services.
Additional charges may apply for optional services such as breakfast, transportation, or late check-out. These will be clearly communicated before confirmation.
VAT Declaration
In accordance with Serbian tax law, Value Added Tax (PDV) is applied to all accommodation and service charges at the current legal rate.
Our invoices clearly state the VAT amount and rate in compliance with the Serbian Law on Value Added Tax (Zakon o porezu na dodatu vrednost).
A fiscal invoice will be issued at check-out, and can be provided electronically or in printed form, based on guest preference.
Order Confirmation and Payment
A booking is considered confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received, depending on the selected rate policy.
We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments in RSD.
For corporate or invoiced bookings, complete billing details must be provided in advance.
Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellation terms vary depending on the rate plan chosen. Please refer to your reservation confirmation or contact us directly for details.
Modifications to orders (e.g., adding services) can be made up to 24 hours prior to check-in, subject to availability.
We are committed to full legal compliance and providing clear, fair pricing to our guests. Should you require an invoice with company details, a VAT refund procedure (where applicable), or additional documentation, please notify us in advance.
