By booking a stay at Hayal Vila Etna, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all guests.

1. Booking and Payment:

Reservations are confirmed only after full or partial payment, as per the rate type selected.
All rates are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed reservations.

2. Check-in / Check-out:

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM.
Check-out time is until 11:00 AM.
Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Guest Responsibility:

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
Any missing or damaged items will be charged to the guest’s account.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. A cleaning fee will be applied for violations.

4. Occupancy Policy:

The maximum number of guests per villa must not exceed the number stated at the time of booking.
Non-registered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior approval.

5. Noise and Conduct:

We kindly request all guests to respect the peace and comfort of others, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM).
Excessive noise, parties, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate eviction without refund.

6. Liability:

Hayal Vila Etna is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Guests are advised to secure their valuables and lock doors and windows when leaving the property.

7. Force Majeure:

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other extraordinary events.
